New to CrossFit? No experience with weightlifting? We offer one week of intro sessions designed to help teach you the proper technique behind CrossFit’s 9 foundational movements. This will help build confidence in using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells and to do so safely.
Our core strength and conditioning program designed to enhance your fitness, build strength, burn fat, build lean muscle, and increase your cardio and stamina.

We offer open gym allowing you to come in and workout at your convenience. You can follow your own weightlifting routine, body build, stretch, and have access to our cardio machines. If you cannot attend a class, you can still get your workout in!
Visiting for a few days? Want to try out a class? Come by for a drop-in. You don’t need a monthly membership to workout with us. We have daily classes for $15!
